23.Production of medical certificate of fitness before resumption of duty. –

A working journalist who has availed himself of leave for reasons of health may, before he resumes duty, be required by his employer to produce a medical certificate of fitness from an authorized medical practitioner, any registered medical practitioner or the medical officer who issued the medical certificate under sub-rule (2) of rules 28.]
