In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-sections (1) and (2) of section 20 read with sub-section (2) of section 4 of the Tamil Nadu State Commission for Women Act, 2008 (Tamil Nadu Act 31 of 2008), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby makes the following rules, namely:-
