10. Enquiry procedure to be followed by adjudicating officer.-

The adjudicating officer shall hold an enquiry into the matters mentioned in the report of the authorised officer under section 17 of the Act as in the manner provided for the conduct of cases in summary manner under the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 (Central Act V of 1908).
