8. Returns to be made by owners of registered Fishing Vessels.

Every owner of a registered fishing vessel shall furnish to the authorised officer at the end of every quarter a return in Form VII. The authorised officer may inspect any registered fishing vessel at any time to verify the accuracy of any return made under this section.
