Notifying of grant or refusal of exclusive marketing rights:
When
the Controller grants
or refuses an
application for grant of exclusive right to sell or distribute the article or
substance, he shall notify the $lW1e in the Official Gazette and to the
authority of the Central Government that has wanted approval to sell or
distribute the article or the substance.
