32. Procedure in case of potential infringement. —
If in consequence of an investigation made under section 13, it
appears to the Controller that the applicant's invention cannot be performed
without substantial risk of infringement of a claim of another patent, the
applicant shall be so informed and the procedure provided in rule 29 shall, so
far as may be necessary, be applicable.
