12. Educational Achievements-
Marks shall be awarded for educational achievement in High School Certificate Examination or other equivalent examination in the following manner, namely:-
| Academic Qualification | Percentage of marks secured | Mark awarded |
| High School Certificate | 61% and above | 5 Marks |
| or equivalent | 51% to 60% | 3 Marks |
| 41% to 50% | 1 Marks | |
| Compartmental / | No Mark | |
| Supplementary / | ||
| less than 41% |
Note: Marks shall be awarded if the examination has been cleared in 1st attempt.
(2) No mark shall be awarded for higher academic qualifications
