3. Constitution of Cadre and Services:-

The Odisha Municipal Planning Service shall consist of the following posts, namely:-

(i) City Planner;

(ii) Associate City Planner;

(iii) Assistant Town Planner;

(iv) Junior Town Planner;

(v) Planning Assistant;

(vi) Field Supervisor;

(vii) Field Inspector;and

(viii) Amin.
