15. Consultation with the Commission:-
(1) The recommendation of the committee in respect of officers shall be referred to the Odisha Public Service Commission for concurrence along with a list of all eligible candidates, including those who has not been recommended together with the service particulars relating to their academic qualification, field experience, if any.
(2) The Commission shall consider the list along with the service particulars received under sub-rule (1) and shall furnish its recommendations.
