In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 22 of the Odisha Municipal Services Act, 2016 and in supersession of the Rules / Regulations / Orders / instruction; except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the State Government do hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment and conditions of service of the persons appointed to the Odisha Municipal Engineering Services, namely:-
