In exercise of the powers conferred under section 90 read with sections 6 and 6A of the Information Technology Act, 2000, (No. 21 of 2000) and in supersession of the Department notification no. F 3-1/2007/Fifty six, date 12/07/2011 the Government of Madhya Pradesh hereby makes the following rules, namely:-
