The Madhya Pradesh Information Technology (Electronic Service Delivery) Rules, 2017

24. Repeal And Saving:

(1) The Madhya Pradesh Information Technology (Regulation of Electronic Delivery of Citizen Services and Appointment of Service Provider) Rules, 2011 are hereby repealed.

(2) Notwithstanding the repeal of the said rules, anything done or any action taken under the said rules shall be deemed to have been done or taken under the corresponding provisions of these rules.
