23. Use of special stationery in Electronic Service Delivery.-

(1) The special stationery used by the Authorised Service Providers and its agents for delivery of the services shall be determined by the Director of Electronic Service Delivery with accompanying security features for forms, applications, licenses, permits, certificates, receipts of payment and such other documents as part of the Electronic Service Delivery.

(2) The certificates, licenses and permits shall carry a declaration in the format as may be determined by the Director of Electronic Service Delivery.
