5. Notification of appointment of Board, court, Labor Court, Tribunal or National Tribunal

The appointment of a Board, court, Labor Court , Tribunal or National Tribunal together with the names of persons constituting the Board, court, Labor Court , Tribunal or National Tribunal shall be notified in the Official Gazette.
