Industrial Disputes (Central) Rules, 1957

32. Fees

The Chairman and a Member of a Board or court, the Presiding Officer and an assessor of a Labor Court, Tribunal or National Tribunal wherever he is not a salaried officer of government may be granted such fees as may be sanctioned by the Central Government in each case.
