30. Proceedings before a Board , court, Labor Court ,Tribunal or National Tribunal

The proceedings before a Board, court, Labor Court , Tribunal or National Tribunal shall be held in public:

PROVIDED that the Board, court, Labor Court, Tribunal or National Tribunal may at any stage direct that any witness shall be examined or its proceedings shall be held in camera.
