The Emblems and Names (Prevention of Improper Use) Rules, 1982

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 9 of the Emblems and Names (Prevention of Improper Use) Act, 1950 (12 of 1950), Central Government hereby makes the following rules, namely:-

1. Vide S.O. 4100, dated 27th November, 1982, published in the Gazette of India, No. SO, Pt. II, Sec. 3 (2), dated 11th December, 1982.
