The Emblems and Names (Prevention of Improper Use) Rules, 1982

1. Short title and commencement.-

(l) These rules may be called the Emblems and Names (Prevention of Improper Use) Rules. 1982.

(2) They shall come into force on the date² of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. Came into force on 11-12-1982.
