64. Advertisement of reasons for reduction of capital

Where the Judge makes an order under section 102(2)(b) directing the company to publish the reasons for the reduction or such other information in regard thereto as the Court may direct, unless the form of the statement to be published has been approved by the Judge at the time of making the order, the Company shall, within seven days of the order, file, for the approval of the Judge, a draft of the statement and shall take an appointment for approval of the same. The advocate for the Company shall attend when the statement comes up for approval before the Judge. The statement as approved shall be published in the same newspapers in which notice of the registration of the order and the minute had been directed to be published.
