40. Notice to Registrar of Companies and Central Government

Notice of the petition and the date of the hearing thereof shall in every case be given to the Registrar of Companies, and where the petitioner is a limited company, registered without the word 'limited' under section 25, such notice shall also be given to the Central Government.
