344. Contents of bill of costs
Every bill of costs shall be properly dated throughout, and shall show in separate columns professional charges and out of pocket expenses. The bill shall be signed by the advocate of the party on whose behalf' it is presented, or, where the party has appeared in person in the proceeding to which the bill relates, by the party or his duly authorized agent.
