Upon an order being made for winding-up of a company subject to the supervision of the Court, the liquidator of the company shall, within 21 days from the date of the order, advertise the order in one issue of the Official Gazette of the State or Union Territory concerned, and in one issue of a newspaper in the English language or a newspaper in the regional language circulating in the State or Union Territory concerned, as the Court may direct, and also within the said period file a certified copy of the order with the Registrar of Companies.
