310. Applications under sections 463(2) and 545(3)

An application under section 463(2) to examine on oath the Liquidator or any other person concerning the winding-up, and an application under section 545(3) for an order conferring on any person designated by the Central Government the powers of investigating the affairs of the company concerned, shall be made ex parte and shall be supported by an affidavit stating the circumstances in which the application is made.
