266. Service of notice

Notice of the date fixed for the hearing of the summons shall be in Form No. 131 and shall be served not less than 7 days before the date fixed for the hearing, together with a copy of the summons and of the affidavit filed in support thereof. The notice shall require that any affidavit in opposition to the summons shall be filed in Court and a copy thereof served on the Liquidator of the company not later than 2 days before the date fixed for the hearing,
