The summons issued in pursuance of the order shall be in Form No. 111 and shall be served on the person to be examined not less than 7 days before the date fixed for the examination. When the summons is served in person, there shall be paid or tendered to the person summoned along with the summons a reasonable sum for his expenses to be fixed by the Judge or Registrar with due regard to the scale of fees in force in the Court. When the summons is served by registered post, such sum shall be sent to such person by postal money order.
