Companies (Court) Rules, 1959

245. Examination on commission or by interrogatories

The Court may if it thinks fit, instead of issuing a summons to any person for his appearance before the Court for examination, issue a commission to the District Judge within whose jurisdiction such person resides for the examination of such person, or make an order for his examination by interrogatories, as the Court may think fit.
