239. Order granting leave to make a call and document making the call

The order granting leave to make a call shall be in Form No. 103, and shall contain directions as to the time within which such calls shall be paid. When an order has been made granting leave to make a call, the Official Liquidator shall file in Court document making the call in Form No. 104 with such variations as circumstances may require.
