225. Proxies to be lodged
A proxy shall be lodged not later than 48 hours before the meeting at which it is to be used, with the Official Liquidator in a winding-up by the Court, with the company at its registered office for a meeting under section 500, and with the liquidator, or if there is no liquidator, with the person named in the notice convening the meeting to receive the same, in a voluntary winding-up.
