190. Settlement of the list of contributories in District Courts

Where winding-up proceedings are held in a District Court, the Court shall settle the list of contributories and rules 181 to 189 of these rules shall not apply and in lieu thereof rules 191 to 194 of these Rules shall apply to proceedings in a District Court.
