133. Dispensing with statement of affairs

An application to dispense with the requirements of section 454 shall be supported by a report of the Official Liquidator showing the special circumstances which, in his opinion, render such a course desirable. Where an order is made dispensing with the requirements the Court may give such consequential or other directions as it may think fit.
