122. Notice to Official Liquidator

The Registrar of the Court to which the proceedings are transferred shall, on receipt of the order of transfer, give notice thereof to the Official Liquidator attached to the Court, and the said Official Liquidator shall thereupon give notice of the transfer to the Registrar of Companies.
