licences are issued by the Regional Transport Office of the respective
district.
Procedure
The
learning licence form is to be filled up. Copies of proof of residence and
proof of age are to be submitted. In some cases fitness certificate is
required. After one month, a driving test is conducted and a permanent licence
is issued after passing the same.
