Section 365B Option regarding claims for compensation in certain cases.-

Notwithstanding anything contained in any other law for the time being in force, where an injury gives rise to a claim for compensation under this Chapter, or through any other 96 remedy, the person entitled to compensation may claim such compensation under any one of these remedies to the exclusion of other remedies.
