10.43. Item 9.-
Item 9 applies to persons employed in setting up, maintaining, repairing or taking down "any telegraph or telephone line or post or any overhead electric line or cable or post or standard or fittings and fixtures for the same." We do not recommend any changes in this item. The word "telegraph" is defined in the Telegraphs Act as including a wireless telegraph.1 So we do not think it necessary to add a definition of "telegraph" in this item.
