Rules
9.1. Introductory.-
This chapter is concerned with the power to make rules (sections 32 to 36). The principal section to be considered is section 32, which deals with power of the State Government to make rules. Certain changes are required in sub-section (2) of section 32, which enumerates the matters in respect of which rules may be made. These are mentioned below.
