6.11. Section 14-Recommendation.-

Section 14 makes certain provisions, relating to insolvency of the employer. A small verbal change is needed in sub-section (4) where the reference to section 230 of the Indian Companies Act, 1913 should be replaced by a reference to section 530 of the Companies Act, 19561.
