89. Section 83.-

The illustrations to the section constitute a useful gloss on the expression 'trusts incapable of being executed'. As we are omitting illustrations, we suggest that a clause be introduced in the section enumerating the cases contemplated by the illustrations and declaring the same to be deemed to be included among cases where the trust is incapable of being executed.
