Section 64.- In section 64 of the principal Act,-
(a) in the first paragraph, in clause (b), the words "for consideration" shall be omitted;
(b) in the last paragraph, for the words, figures and brackets "the Indian Contract Act, 1872 (IX of 1872), section 108", the words and figures "sections 27, 28, 29 and 30 of the Indian Sale of Goads Act, 1930 (3 of 1930)", shall be substituted.
