1.15. Human Rights.-

Thereafter, a number of developments have taken place in the international sphere. While it is not intended to burden this Report with details of such studies, it is appropriate to mention that increasing recognition of human rights in particular, civil liberties and human rights in the criminal process lends interest to the subject-matter of this Report.
