5.33. Section 8-Definition of "solicit" not favoured.-
The Committee1 made a recommendation that the expression solicits2 in section 8 should be defined, so as to determine the action precisely. But we do not think that a definition of this expression would be an improvement, and we do not recommend any such amendment of the Act.
