12.79. Under this clause the word "lawfully" found in the existing section is omitted in the proposed section. In the existing section the second limb of the definition of criminal trespass reads: "having lawfully entered into or upon such property unlawfully remains " The new clause (b) in the proposed section 441 also carries out the sane meaning.
