11. Modification of application of certain provisions in relation to certain decrees.-
In relation to the effect of decrees of divorce or legal separation to which this Act applies, the following provisions shall not apply as regards matters provided for by this Act, namely1
(a) sections 41 and 44 of the Indian Evidence Act, 1872;
(b) section 13 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908.
