Verbal changes

3.6. A few verbal changes are needed in section 3-

(i) Mention of 'lunatic' and 'bankrupt' should be omitted. The expression 'unsound mind' and 'insolvent' are more appropriate, and should be substituted.

(ii) The last paragraph of section 3, providing that the section applies only to payments etc., made after the commencement of the existing Act, need not he repeated in the new Act.
