1.4. Common theme.-

The three questions1 from the Questionnaire issued by the Commission, though addressed to different parts of the problem, shared a common theme, namely, improvement in the mode of presentation of the case before the higher judiciary and evolving the best method of presentation, which would ensure speedy and yet effective justice, and which would enable the higher courts to discharge their adjudicatory functions effectively, at the same time inspiring and maintaining, in the litigants and their counsel, the confidence that justice had been done to their cause.
