No alteration has been considered necessary in sections 108-113, except that they have been transferred to the Part on Bills of Exchange and that sections 111 and 112 have been combined into one section.1

A new provision1 has been added, following section 65(5) of the English Act to make it clear that when a bill payable after sight is accepted for honour, its maturity shall be calculated from the date of the noting for non-acceptance, and not from the date of its acceptance for honour.
