There is no substantial change in the Chapter on Noting and Protest, and the existing law is reproduced subject to a few verbal alterations. Section 104 of the Act has been transposed to the Chapter on Liability,1 as protest is obligatory in the case of a foreign bill when it is so required by the law of the place where it is drawn.
