80. Discharge of parties not consenting to qualified or limited acceptance.-

If the holder of a bill acquiesces in a qualified acceptance as defined in section 12, all previous parties whose consent is not obtained to such acceptance are discharged as against the holder, unless on notice give by the holder they assent to such acceptance.
