56. Bar of Jurisdiction.-

Save as otherwise expressly provided in this Chapter, no proceeding taken under this Chapter, by the Central Government or the district magistrate or any officer authorised in this behalf by the Central Government or the district magistrate shall be called in question in any court in any suit or application or by way of appeal or revision, and no injunction shall be granted by any court or other authority in respect of any action taken or to be taken in pursuance of any power conferred by or under this Chapter.
