36. Interfering with the police or armed forces on duty at a prohibited place.-

If any person in the vicinity of any prohibited place obstructs, knowingly misleads or otherwise interferes with or impedes, any police officer or any officer or member of the armed forces engaged on guard, sentry, patrol, or other similar duty in relation to the prohibited place, he shall be punishable with imprisonment which may extend to three years, or with fine, or with both.
