7.94. Section 11 to be retained.-

Hence, notwithstanding the partial overlapping that exists between the Code and section 11, we think that it is preferable to retain section 11. The section should not, of course, be taken as superseding the Magistrates' power under the Code,-though the question is mostly academic having regard to the wide scope of section 11.
